I logged in and can't find my course

I logged in and can't find my course

I'm being prompted for personal details.

If you made your payment for the course but didn't completely finish entering your personal details during the registration process, then when you first log in, it will prompt you to finish finalizing your account.

You may be prompted to enter any of the following:
  1. Date of Birth
  2. Social Security Number
  3. Address
  4. Citation Number
Once you finish entering the details that are required by your state, you will be taken automatically to your course dashboard where you can find and begin your course.

I don't see my student dashboard or course.

If you navigated to a different part of the website, then you need to get back to your student dashboard. Click the LOGIN button on the website to log back into your account or be directed to your dashboard. Or, click here to go directly to your dashboard. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so when you click the link. After logging in, you will immediately be taken to your dashboard.

I'm on my account dashboard, but my course isn't there.

If you're missing something on your account dashboard, there was likely a problem with processing the payment. 
  1. At the top of the screen, click "My Account"


  2. Click "Purchase History"
    1. If the payment went through, it will show "Successful"
    2. If the payment was attempted but was not successful, it will show "Pending Stripe Verification"
NOTE: If you have confirmed that your payment was successfully processed and you do not have access to your course, please reach out to us so we can assist you.
