Voice Biometrics

Voice Biometrics

How Voice Biometrics work

Specific locations in the course will prompt the student to click a button to receive a phone call to verify their identity.
  1. If a student fails 3 consecutive times, they will be locked out.
  2. Once locked out, students will have to re-enroll and start over.

Manual Staff Override (exceptions):

The 2COOL Support team can manually unlock students if voice biometrics fail due to specific reasons we determine and/or allow students to reset their voice biometrics.  Students will need to confirm their identity based on any of the following:
  1. Name, date of birth, address Address
  2. Personal Validation Questions
  3. Course content questions
