2Cool Traffic School, as the online driver improvement clinic provider, will email the Online Driver Improvement Clinic Certificate of Completion (DIC 552B) to the student using the email address provided during the registration process. The certificate will also be available by logging into your account and navigating to the "Certificates" page.  The completion record will be submitted to the DMV using the DMV’s EXTRANET program within 24 hours of the clinic completion date.
