To help protect the security of your account details, there are specific password requirements in place.
If you are having trouble logging in or resetting your password, make sure that they meet these parameters:
- Minimum 14 digits
- Minimum 1 number or special character
- Passwords expire after 365 days
- Can't use a previous password again (up to 5 are stored)
- Password can't be one that has been leaked in a data leak
- If you try to log in with the wrong password 5 times, your account will be locked for 5 minutes
