10. What are Personal Validation Questions (PVQ)?

Personal validation questions (PVQs) are based on the information you provided in the Introduction chapter. This will come out at random points throughout the course. You will have 45 seconds to answer each PVQ.

Warning
If you fail 3 PVQs during the course, you will be disqualified, locked out, and required to purchase and restart the course with a new enrollment.

11. What is Automated phone call verification?

With this validation method, you will receive automated phone calls at random points during the course. During these calls, you’ll be asked to speak a specific phrase. You will have 3 attempts to pass each voice validation.
Warning
If your voice does not match your original recording after 3 failed attempts, you will be disqualified, locked out, and required to purchase and re-enroll in the course 10.

If a failure is caused by phone or technical issues (e.g., the call doesn’t come through or disconnects), you must contact our support team. We will help resolve the issue so you can complete the validation. However, if your voice still fails to verify, the same 3-fail rule applies.
