I was double-charged for something

If there is a double-charge on your bank statement, please check your 2Cool Traffic School student account details to verify the status of your payment. 

Consider:
  1. Did you attempt the purchase several times?
  2. Did you try signing up with different emails?
  3. Were you unsure of your billing zip code when you placed your order?
  1. Login to your account
  2. At the top of the screen, click "Account" 
  3. Click "Purchase History"
  4. See if there is any payment listed. 
    1. If the payment went through, it will show "Successful"
    2. If the payment was attempted but an incorrect billing zip code was entered, it will show "Pending Stripe Verification"
  5. Verify if we received two successful payments on your account.

Tip #1: If you have a transaction showing "Pending Stripe Verification" your bank may place a temporary hold in your account for that amount, however, it is usually returned later that same day. We do not collect the payment for those orders in an effort to prevent credit card fraud. In this case, please wait 3-5 days before contacting us about your double-charge.
Tip #2: You can always reach out to us for assistance. Please just be prepared to provide us with a screenshot or scan of your bank statement so we can verify the double-charge, and we will be happy to credit you back. Refunds take 3-5 days on average to return to your bank account.
