Florida Errors
BDI - Citation Reporting Details
If you are getting an error after taking the BDI Course, you should check to make sure that your reporting details are correct.
- Click the "My Account" dropdown menu at the top and select "Purchase History".

- Click the "Update Registration Details" button.

- Make sure that the reason selected is correct.
- You should only have a citation number if you select BDI Election. Do not enter anything in the Court Case Number field.
- BDI Court Ordered is ONLY for cases where a judge tells you that you are required to complete the course. If you are taking the course to prevent points from being added to your driving record, it is a BDI Election.
- If you entered a citation number, check to make sure it is correct. If it is too many or too few characters, there may be an error.

BDI - Out-of-State Licenses
If you have an out-of-state/Non-Florida license, please allow extra time for processing. If you cannot access your certificate within 1 business day of completing the course,
please send us a support ticket.
BDI or TLSAE - Name Length Issue
If you have a particularly long name, the state system may be refusing to accept the record.
- Click "My Account" at the top of the screen and navigate to "Edit Profile"

- If you have multiple names in the first or last name field, remove at least one and/or move it to the middle name field and then click the "Save and Exit" button.
- Try to print your certificate again.
- Click the "My Account" dropdown menu at the top and select "Purchase History".

- Click the "Update Registration Details" button.
- Check to make sure that you only have one field filled in for the SSN, Alien Registration Number or Non-Alien Registration Number. If you need to make any changes, click "Update Registration Details".

If you have an i94 Number, that will go in the "Non-Alien Registration Number" field. If there is a letter in your i94 Number, replace the letter with a 0.
