How do I verify that my information is correct for my certificate?
Regardless of the course you are taking, your student profile page is a great place to check and update your information. Be sure to make any changes to your name or address before you complete your course. If you need to make any changes after completing the course, you must contact us. At that time, additional charges may apply (Florida | Ohio), depending on the course, due to state requirements.
To view your account profile:
- Login to your account
- At the top of the screen, click "My Account"
- Click "Edit Profile"
- If needed, make changes to your name, address, date of birth, phone number or update your email and password.
Ohio Students: Please note that the address shown on your profile is what will be printed on your certificate and it should match what is on your Temps. If that address is different than your mailing address, please contact us so that we can note that change.
Update your citation number, citation date, reason for taking the course, SSN, alien registration number or non-alien registration number (I-94).
FLORIDA EXCLUSIVE: This applies to anyone who is taking the Basic Driver Improvement Course or Traffic Law and Substance Abuse Course. - At the top of the screen, click "My Account"
- Click "Purchase History"
- Under "Product Name", click "Update Registration Details" and make any changes, as needed.
