How do I know when I'm done with the course?

NOTE: Florida course completions are sent to the state electronically. The certificate that you download from your account is for your records only. There are some rare cases where the DMV will request you show them your certificate.

NOTE: New York: Course completion information will be submitted to the NYS DMV within 24-48 hours and will appear on the customer’s driving record once it has successfully been submitted.

Certain states require that you spend a certain length of time in the program before a certificate can be issued. Even if you have gone through all of the chapters and passed the test, you may need to go back in to review the course further until you reach the time requirement.

You can check your progress in the course by logging into your account and clicking the "View" link in the "My Courses" section.

On your dashboard, navigate to the "My Courses" section and click "View."

When your course is still ongoing, the progress bar will show you the percentage completed and it will show a BLUE CONTINUE BUTTON.

When the course and exam have been completed and passed, the course dashboard screen will show your progress as 100% and a GREEN CERTIFICATE button.

If you see this on your course, that means you are done!

Click "Certificates" to download your certificate. Please note: Wisconsin certificates will not be available to be downloaded until we manually report your completion to the State.
