How do I know when I'm done with the course?

How do I know when I'm done with the course?

Don't rely on the "Progress" bar to tell you that you are done. Certain states require that you spend a certain length of time in the program before a certificate can be issued. Even if you have gone through all of the chapters and passed the test, you may need to go back in to review the course further until you reach the time requirement.

You can check your progress in the course by logging into your account and clicking the "View" link in the "My Courses" section.

On your dashboard, navigate to the "My Courses" section and click "View."

When the course is still in progress, it will show a blue button that says "Launch Course".

When the course content and test has been finished, it will show that your progress is 100% and no blue button.

If you see this on your course, that means you are done!

Click "Certificates" to download your certificate. Please note: Wisconsin certificates will not be available to be downloaded until we manually report your completion to the State.

NOTE: Florida and New York course completions are sent to the state electronically. The certificate that you download from your account is for your records only. There are some rare cases where the DMV will request you show them your certificate.
