How do I download my certificate?
FROM YOUR ACCOUNT OVERVIEW
Immediately after logging in, there are three easy ways to navigate to your certificate.
Option #1: Click the "Home" button to open the drop-down menu and then click "Certificates."
Option #2: From the left-hand menu, click "Certificates."
Option #3: Scroll down the "My Account Overview" page and find the "My Certificates" box, and then click "View."
From the "My Certificates" page, you will be able to download your certificate.
IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE COURSE
If you have met all of your requirements in the "Your Course Progress" area, then click the "My Account Overview" button to return to your dashboard and click any of the options (listed above) to navigate to the "Certificates" page.
FROM THE MY COURSES PAGE
A "Certificates" button is available for you to click which will take you straight to the Certificate download page. From there, click the "Download Certificate" button.
FROM THE CERTIFICATE DOWNLOAD PAGE
Click the "Download Certificate" button to have your certificate download to your computer as a PDF.
If you do not see a button to download your certificate on your certificate page, that means that you have not completed the course.
Return to your "Courses" page and make sure to complete all of the chapters/units, pass the final exam, and/or spend the minimum amount of time required in the course. On your course's table of contents, you can see the requirements and if they have been met on the right hand side.
Florida 1st Time Driver: Learner's Permit Exam / FL Class E Knowledge Exam
Dont have a certificate. The result will be automatically transmitted to the DMV's system.
