I got a Failure to Yield citation in Wisconsin

WISCONSIN EXCLUSIVE: This information is for anyone in Wisconsin who received a Failure to Yield Right of Way traffic ticket.

Anyone who is convicted of a failure-to-yield violation is required to attend a failure to yield/right-of-way course.
  1. Our Tennessee traffic course is state-approved by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. 
  2. Please allow up to two business days for your certificate to be submitted to the state.
    1. You will receive an email notification letting you know that your record has been submitted to the state.
    2. Once the record is submitted, you can immediately download and print your certificate of completion.


Deadline to Complete the Course

For convictions resulting from violations on or after Dec. 2, 2017 the course must be completed within 6 months or your operating privilege will be suspended for up to 5 years.
