Florida (FLHSMV)
Certificate processing is immediate, and the records often update instantly. However, please note that it can take between 24-72 hours from when you complete one of our Florida courses for the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) to update their system with your completion status in some circumstances. You can check your traffic school completion record here: https://services.flhsmv.gov/trafficschoolcompletioncheck/studentsearchpage.aspx
Wisconsin (WISDOT)
Please allow up to 2 business days for your Wisconsin completion record to be submitted to WISDOT. Once the record is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. It can take up to 24 hours from when 2Cool Traffic School submits the record to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WISDOT) for their system to update that you completed it. You can check your license status here: https://trust.dot.state.wi.us/ecdl/home.do
Tennessee
Your certificate of completion is available for download immediately and can be taken directly to your county clerk to satisfy the requirements for a traffic violation or court order.
Ohio
All certificates of completion for Ohio courses are immediately available once your course has been completed and passed.
New York
We will send your completion to the New York DMV electronically and can take up to 24 to 48 hours. The certificate provided on your account is for your records only.
