Please let us know if there is a change that needs to be made to your name or date of birth. We can reach out to the state to have them make the correction.

Once the test is started or completed, the name or date of birth cannot be changed.
  1. NO - Name - You will need to retest with the correct information
  2. NO - Birthday - You will need to retest with the correct information
  3. YES - SSN - Notify us so we can have the state update your record
Per the State of Florida:
"The two security questions displayed on the screen prior to the student taking the exam requires them to review and verify their name and date of birth. If the information is incorrect the student is instructed to seek assistance before proceeding. Bypassing these security features and moving forward with the exam raises concern regarding the identity of the testing applicant. For this purpose, the State will not make name or date of birth corrections for applicants that bypass this feature and continue with the exam. With that noted, we will continue to make name and DOB corrections for students that alert you their information is incorrect before the exam is initiated."

Important Tips:
  1. If you start your exam and notice an error on your name or date of birth, DO NOT go through the authentication process to take the test.
  2. Remember to use your legal name. Do not use a nickname, preferred name or abbreviation.
