You can download your certificate by going to "My Certificates" and clicking the blue "Download Certificate" button. Be sure to save it as a PDF.

When you see your certificate issued on your certificates page, view or download it. Once you have a certificate number this means it came directly from the State of Florida system - not ours. 

Please allow up to 72 hours for your completion to update with the state system. The county will pull the completion record directly from the state.

• If your license has been cancelled, you can call
  850-617-2000 to have your completion status expedited
• If you received a letter from the state to complete this course, you can call or visit your local DMV to make sure they have updated your file

DO THE FOLLOWING:

If you elected traffic school to prevent points from a ticket, the clerk's office will pull the record directly from the state.

Verify that they have your completion record by reaching out directly to the courthouse:

• Clerk Contact List
  
  
• Online (via the Court's Online System)
  
  • Search for your citation number to find your account
  • Click the green down arrow under "What are my options". A Case Information page will pop up. Look for "Events/Documents" and click on those words. Depending on how many events/documents are associated with your traffic citation, it may take a while to process, but eventually a list will appear.
